Move over, plain sour cream.  You’ve got some competition!  Cool and creamy TexMex Ranch Dressing is the salad dressing you didn’t know you needed.

TexMex Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup full-fat buttermilk
  • 2 t. parsley flakes
  • 1 t. each dried dill and dried chives
  • ½ t. each smoked paprika, salt, pepper
  • ¼ t. garlic powder
  • ½ cup salsa
  • juice and zest of half a lime

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients. Allow flavors to meld 15 minutes. Keep in the refrigerator up to a week.

Notes

For regular ranch dressing, omit the lime zest, lime juice, and salsa.
