Hello, Friends!
By now most of you know that we’ve closed the Little Coastal Kitchen bricks-and-mortar shop in Fairhope, Alabama. It seems that a new niche catering business isn’t really the best thing to be in this economy. C’est la vie.
But does that mean I’ve given up cooking? Heck, no! Gulf Coast cooking via the Little Coastal Kitchen continues apace! I’m reviving the blog at littlecoastalkitchen.com. I’ve already had some requests for classes, and I’ll be adding interactive dinners to the mix. (More on that, later.) I am available for personal cheffing gigs, and boutique catering under certain circumstances. (Mostly I need to be able to stay on the happily legal side of the health department!) I’m also toying with the idea for some quick, easy, and inexpensive home cooking content. This economy is happening to us all, no?
