I’m ready to schedule another Gumbo Workshop if anyone is interested. I’m thinking May or June, before it gets too hot. Let me know your availability if you’re serious about joining us. Our hosts are willing to let us use the pier again! I’ll need to make sure our schedule works with theirs.
I’d also like to offer another College Dorm Cooking class this year. Last summer’s class was a big hit, and I’d love to do it again. Let me know if you or your favorite high school grad or college kid is interested. This class is a great graduation gift! I can also do Dorm Cooking Classes for particular diets–vegan, dairy allergy, gluten free, etc.–so if you need that, let’s talk.
I’ll also be offering a kid-friendly, parent-friendly food class toward the end of the summer. This will mostly be a tasting and discussion class. I’ll be polling about availability in a couple of months.
Remember that I do cooking classes by request. Whether you want a private class, a group class, or have an idea for a class open to the public, let me know.
Still working on formatting the Soups and Sides cookbook. More details to follow.
Finally, I have a favor to ask. If you’ve prepared anything featured on littlecoastalkitchen.com, would you pop into the site and rate it if you have time? Or leave a comment if you have a question or reaction? Google is changing for bloggers. I’m going to need to include ads to stay viable, and I’d like the ads to be as few as possible. I also want the site to be quick to load and as easy to navigate as I can make it. But I really need the recipe blog to pay for itself–it’s not free to me. Please and thank you!
OXOXOX,
Malia
