Fall Gumbo Workshop
Saturday, October 19, 3pm-Sunset
We’ll be cooking up gumbo out on the Bay Breeze Guesthouse pier. (Thank you again, Bill and Becky Jones!) In this popular workshop we make classic Gulf Coast gumbo, we eat, we drink, and we make merry. I’ll teach you every gumbo trick I know, and you’ll go home with my award-winning recipe. It’s always a happy crowd and a good time. SEC game times aren’t available yet, so I’ll make sure we can watch football as needed. $75 per person.
Easy and Fancy Holiday Sides

Holidays should be fun, and certainly not stressful food-wise. We’ll make 4 (easy) restaurant-quality holiday side dishes and one (easy) delightful dessert. No one needs to know these aren’t your family heirloom recipes–after all, they will be next year! $40 per person.
The Lazy Chef’s Holiday Gifts from the Kitchen, 2024

Don’t worry if you’ve taken this class before, every year we have a whole new slate of Lazy Chef gifts! No cooking skills are needed, and everything is “gourmet”, fool-proof, and budget-friendly. We’ll demo several options, and we’ll explore festive packaging ideas. We’ll taste everything, discuss everything, and have a great time! $40 per person.
And this winter look for date night classes, and dinner party classes! As always, I’m happy to schedule topical or private classes upon request.
