Restaurant-Style Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 10 or 15 oz. can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 15 oz. can fire roasted tomatoes
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1-2 t. diced chipotles in adobo sauce
  • ½ t. onion powder
  • ½ t. garlic powder
  • zest and juice of one lime
  • a pinch each of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Pulse a few times until it's mixed and the texture you prefer.
