Grape Salsa
Ingredients

fresh seedless grapes, quartered or chopped--red, green, purple or a combination

scallions, thinly sliced

chopped cilantro or parsley

red wine vinegar, white wine vinegar, white balsamic vinegar, or lime juice

Fresh jalapeno. cut in matchstick dice

Instructions
Toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate for an hour or so to allow flavors to meld.
